Are you curious about the profit of AyalaLand Logistics in 2019? The report is now out and here’s what you need to know about the company’s yearly performance. AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) reported an increase in net income of 15% last year. This is driven by the growth in revenues from its warehouse, industrial lots, and commercial leasing operations. According to this subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI), the 15% growth is equal to P641 million and the revenue likewise grew to P5.3 billion.

If we talk about the industrial lot sales revenues of the company, a major part of its total revenues came from this. Compared to its previous performance, the industrial lot sales revenues rose to P1.8 billion from P786 million in 2018. The warehouse leasing revenues jumped by 78% as well or P285 million. And, the commercial leasing revenues increase by 24% or P849 million equivalent. AyalaLand Logistics observes that the growth of its company is simultaneous to the increasing employment opportunities in the firm. There are additional new industrial estates across the Philippines and the firm is continuously strengthening its vision of supporting and lifting up communities. This is while the company creates value through economic activities.
At the end of 2019, AyalaLand Logistics closed its assets to 170,000 square meters of warehouse gross leasable area (GLA). The commercial GLA is about 84,000 square meters at the end of the year. The company’s expansion is supported by its effort to build its brand in rural areas. AyalaLand Logistics recently opened its 105-hectare Laguindingan Technopark and 192-hectare Pampanga Technopark last year. This is in addition to the opening of its factory buildings in Alviera in Pampanga and Laguna, which accounted for 33,000 square meters of total additional GLA.
On top of its total GLA, the revenues of AyalaLand Logistics last 2019 also relied on its industrial projects in south Luzon. Some of the said projects were the 460-hectare Laguna Technopark in Sta. Rosa and 135-hectare Cavite Technopark in Naic. The company is proud to announce that it will make a total of 120,000 jobs once these developments are completed. Before AyalaLand Logistics, this company was Prime Orion Philippines, Inc. It rebranded in 2019 and disclosed that it would start real estate logistics and industrial estate business.
