New Globe Service Available
The new service of Globe, which is the Globe At Home Air Fiber 5g postpaid plans will allow the company itself to connect more customers who stay at home considering some of the major external setbacks like putting up fiber optic cables. This has been a really challenging factor given that there were a lot of Filipinos who demanded strong and fast internet connection across the country. Indeed, the advent of the 5G network has created huge excitement in the telecommunications industry. The launching of the 5G postpaid plans became Globe first’s step towards achieving its goal to provide a first-class internet experience to individuals and businesses here in the country.
More About The 5G Service
The new 5G service of Globe provides a “fiber-like” connection that has a speed of about 100 Mbps and data allowance of up to 2 terabytes. Say no more to slow and low data cap services! But since the service has just been launched, this will initially available to Pasig, Bulacan, and Cavite areas for now. Expect that by 2020, an estimated 2 million internet users at home will benefit from this new project. Soon this coming July, the postpaid plan will be available to purchase by eligible Globe clients at P1,899 monthly for 20 Mbps, P2,499 for 50 Mbps, and P2,899 for 100 Mbps that comes with 2 TB data cap. Sounds exciting, right?
Despite The Huawei Issue
Despite the issues Huawei is currently facing, Globe stands with the technology company. Globe did not allow these happenings to affect its plan to launch the 5G network. In fact, this announcement that it will not cut ties with Huawei did a good result—investors buying more of its stocks! The new face of the internet and smartphones is coming our way. As investors, we should ready ourselves to embrace these new changes. Some of you may see these developments as a good side of the company and some may remain doubtful about the current events that could entirely affect the performance of the firm, of which the best example is Globe not cutting its partnership with Huawei. Just continue studying about the current standing of the firm you wish to invest in. Let’s not stop learning.
