This topic would focus on what is technical analysis, how to create a trading plan and will answer the question on when you should buy and sell your choice stock based on the charts. It will also tackle support and resistance levels and candlestick charting methods for those who want to trade quick.

Technical Analysis 3: Stock Market Trading Oscillators, Candlesticks, and Chart Patterns

Learn advanced Technical Analysis by knowing how to read chart patterns and using oscillators and candlesticks to maximize your gains and minimize losses in the stock market. Learn from a variety of oscillators from MACD, DMI, RSI, STS, PSAR, ATR, MFI, Chaikin, and so much more. The goal of this session is to give you more indicators to give you a firm conviction on when to buy and sell a stock.

Technical Analysis 4: Candlestick Trading, Bollinger Bands, Fibonacci Retracements, Chart Patterns and the Trading scorecard.

Fundamental Analysis 1: How to Find Good Stocks and Avoid Bad Ones

There are over 200 stocks in the Philippine Stock Exchange. Knowing what stocks to pick and why you pick them will help you in your stock market venture. The module will tackle how you can select stocks based on where the economy is headed, it will also teach you how to select stocks based on which sector and industry is doing well. The module will also teach you how to analyze a company using quantitative analysis along with ratio analysis.

The module will help you select companies that are profitable, liquid, leveraged, and has a good source of cash flow.

Fundamental Analysis 2: How to Compute for the Fair Value of a Stock

Date: Sunday, September 22, 2019
Time: 9:00am – 12:30pm

This module will zero in on how you can spot companies that are cheap, profitable and growing. With that knowledge it will allow us to compute for the fair value of the stock.

The whole context of the computation would all be about using Warren Buffet’s approach on selecting good and growing companies. How can you actually know what company is worth by using its earnings? Learn how to compute the fair value of the company by your own analysis by using a variety of mathematical methods. The computation of the Fair Value of the stock would be based on stocks that have passed the criteria for companies that have durable competitive advantage.

The session would be workshop type which would allow the attendees to compute for the values themselves based on their own timeframes and holding period. This would let you know as an investor if the stock that you are buying is undervalued and if it should be bought or if the stock is already overvalued and should be avoided.

Fundamental Analysis 3: Qualitative Fundamental Analysis, Portfolio Management and Stock Allocation

The first two modules focused on quantitative analysis using both a top down and bottom up approach. This module will kick off using qualitative methods in Fundamental Analysis.

While the second part of this module will focus on how you manage and allocate your stock well. Have you ever bought the right stock but lost out because you did not allocate your position well? Do you want to invest and know strategic areas on how you can buy and sell without using technical analysis? Do you want to trade stocks in a very stress free manner? This is what Portfolio Management is all about! Learn the basics of proper stock allocation, stock re-balancing, how many stocks should you have in your portfolio and how to manage your fund passively by looking at it from a portfolio management perspective.
